current pains

Through early research, we identified recurring pain points users face with existing habit-tracking tools:

  • Low motivation to maintain daily routines
  • Difficulty tracking progress across multiple goals
  • Overly complex or uninspiring productivity apps

Goals

  • Simplify the process of setting and maintaining habits
  • Provide clear insights into personal growth and consistency

Logo

The logo reflects the idea of balanced emotional design: it feels engaging and human without being overloaded with graphic details. It sets a friendly, motivating tone that aligns with the app’s focus on personal growth and everyday progress

HYPOTHESES

Based on the research findings, the first MVP aims to test the following hypotheses:

A simple and friendly interface improves user engagement and reduces friction in daily use
Flexible challenge setup — users should be able to customize tasks and frequency, not just follow daily routines
Goal input and motivational phrase generation can increase commitment and make the experience more personalized as the product scales
Progress rewards will help sustain motivation over time
Smart notifications will encourage consistency and positive reinforcement
